
Case Care Manager

This role involves facilitating the exchange of health and medical information between clients and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to negotiate conflicts effectively and have strong time management skills.
">Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring timely action within agreed service levels.
- Liaise with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients.
- Write accurate case notes in the platform.
- Develop relationships between clients and UHG.
- Perform data entry and ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate influence and manage conflicts effectively.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills including Outlook Word and Excel.
- Knowledge or understanding of health practitioners and injury rehabilitation is an advantage but not essential.
