Job Title: Senior Partnership Executive

This role combines strategic relationship management, business growth initiatives, and key stakeholder engagement to deliver value across two portfolios in the Australian market. You will be the primary point of contact for corporate dental clients, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support growth, client satisfaction, and premium service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead relationship management for corporate partners and dental practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the reach and visibility of both portfolios.
  • Develop tailored strategies and monitor performance to drive growth and client success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance engagement and adoption.
  • Provide training, support, and educational tools to clients and partners, ensuring ongoing success with key solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in account management, business development, or corporate client roles within the dental industry.
  • Or experience working as a Practice Manager or Dental Nurse transitioning into a sales role.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple portfolios and meet commercial targets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
