Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual joint business plans to achieve sales targets
- Lead customer negotiations and engagement, working closely with a capable team
- Identify and unlock new business development opportunities to drive incremental growth
- Influence product and category strategies through input into go-to-market plans
- Manage the customer investment plan from planning to optimisation
- A resilient, strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity and balances execution with big-picture thinking
- A proven track record in major retail accounts, with a strong ability to build and deliver strategic account plans
- Hands-on leadership skills, driving results through strategy and execution
- Sharp financial acumen, with a history of delivering strong commercial outcomes
- Clear, confident communication skills, with proficiency in MS Suite
