Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Growth Specialist to lead key customer relationships across Australia. This role focuses on managing major accounts, driving business development, and forming long-term partnerships that support growth in the forklift market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue goals and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, to grow market share and brand presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams and dealer partners to deliver tailored solutions addressing client needs
  • Lead negotiations and partnership discussions with high-value clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with key customers and partners
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to inform partnership and sales strategies
  • Support national marketing initiatives and product promotions within key accounts
  • Provide training and guidance to dealers and clients on HC products and services when needed
  • Track and report account performance, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities to senior management
  • Drive alignment between sales goals and partner activities to maximize mutual value

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in key account management, business development, or strategic partnerships within the forklift, industrial equipment sectors
  • Proven ability to build and maintain high-level relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with dealer networks or channel partners is an advantage
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel across Australia to meet clients and support dealer activities
