The successful candidate will have extensive experience in commercial or business development, project management, and stakeholder management. A higher university degree in a relevant field is preferred, but long relevant experience can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver commercial and financial objectives within guidelines and budget.

Requirements
  • 10 years' experience in commercial or business development, project management, or stakeholder management with business exposure.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B (preferably in agriculture/chemicals industry) and stakeholder management is necessary.
  • Change Management and influencing experience in large corporate projects.
  • Excellent team coaching as well as organizational development skills.
  • English (fluent written and verbal) skills are necessary.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think holistically.
