Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our executive leaders in the region. This role involves managing calendars, overseeing regional travel, coordinating events and conferences, and facilitating executive-led meetings.

  • Schedule and manage calendars for key executives
  • Oversee regional travel booking and approval
  • Coordinate expenditure approvals
  • Plan and coordinate events and conferences
  • Facilitate executive-led meetings, including town halls
Requirements
  • Experience supporting executive-level managers with high confidentiality
  • Exceptional organisational and calendar management skills
  • High levels of autonomy, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
