Regional Growth Specialist

There is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and market share by promoting Advanced Surgical Technologies, General Surgical Technologies, and Obesity Metabolic Health portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff within the Sydney region.
This role will involve developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals, as well as pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customers.
- Ensuring accounts meet or exceed sales targets.
- Implementing market development plans/strategies and making changes as needed.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or Business related discipline is essential.
- Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a successful track record in medical devices.
- Strong understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres.
- Solid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff.
