Job Title: Regional Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Sourcing Specialist in Sydney. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for regionally sourced goods and services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating supplier agreements, and managing strategic procurement projects with cross-functional impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional procurement strategies for the Eastern Region
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities for regionally sourced goods and services
  • Initiate, develop, and negotiate supplier agreements
  • Analyse market trends and develop category knowledge
  • Manage strategic procurement projects with a cross-functional impact
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Procurement or Operations in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, market benchmarking, and decision-making
