Regional Community Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to play a key role in implementing initiatives designed to strengthen drought resilience across regional areas.

The successful applicant will coordinate activities, support effective investment of funds, and build strong networks across the region to promote outcomes and identify future opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and prioritise project and investment opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support the consortium to invest funds through the development of briefs, procurement services, and project management.
  • Build partnerships with government, industry, and community organisations to strengthen regional communities.
  • Monitor and analyse project outcomes to reduce duplication and demonstrate benefits.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or programs, including planning, delivery, review and improvement.
  • Project and contract management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build productive relationships.
