Hearing Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to fill the role of Hearing Support Professional. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage appointment schedules for audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments as needed
- Greet clients at the clinic and maintain accurate records
- Assist with client and doctor inquiries, providing clear and concise information
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide basic troubleshooting and maintenance for hearing devices
- Billing and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
