Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to clients and support the daily operations of our clinic.
  • Manage appointment schedules for audiologists, ensuring seamless client experiences
  • Greet clients, update records, and provide administrative support
  • Assist with client and doctor inquiries, offering timely and accurate information
  • Handle phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
  • Accurately bill appointments and manage related tasks
  • Perform other general office duties as required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, delivering outstanding service and support
  • Collaborate with audiologists to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Maintain accurate records, updating client information as needed
  • Respond to client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
  • Handle phone calls and emails, delivering excellent customer service
  • Provide technical support for hearing devices, resolving issues efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal client flow
  • Perform administrative tasks, supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic
Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of patience
  • Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
  • Advanced skills in administrative services, including judgment and problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other Toowoomba clinic
