Job Description

The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by forging strong, trusting relationships with clients in Australia.

As the face of our media solutions, they will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored strategies to drive success.

This fixed-term position involves maternity cover and will last for several months.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, built on trust and expertise
  • Deliver exceptional client service, including training, support, and contract negotiations
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide expert advice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Lead quality checks to ensure the highest standards of excellence
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in the media or radio industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-centric approach
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to address complex business problems
  • Ability to deliver results-driven outcomes, with attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn, with an open mindset and team spirit
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
