Lead Strategic Growth in Media Insights

About the Position

This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic vision, industry expertise, and customer focus.

The Director will spearhead growth, innovation, and profitability across the media vertical.

The team focuses on expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new business, working closely with Strategic Growth and Delivery Chapter Leads to ensure solutions meet critical industry needs and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure impactful delivery and unlock follow-on opportunities.

  • Guide the team in developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.

  • Lead high-stakes client negotiations in collaboration with the Sales team.

  • Act as a thought leader, contributing to industry trends and insights.

  • Support clients through coaching to implement effective pricing strategies.

  • Business Expansion: Define and execute the strategic vision for the media vertical.

  • Own and manage the vertical's financial performance, driving sustainable revenue and profitability.

  • Lead implementation of vertical growth plans aligned with industry objectives.

  • Partner with Sales and Embed & Grow chapters to target new business opportunities.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of new opportunities and ensure offerings solve real industry problems through insights and innovation coaching.

  • Team & Resource Management: Lead and develop a team of direct reports.

  • Collaborate with Chapter Leads to ensure effective resourcing and margin optimisation.

  • Monitor vertical performance against targets.

  • Drive strategic projects and initiatives across multiple entities.
