Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market-leading media ideas, leveraging expertise in buying across all channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-performance campaigns.
  • Lead client negotiations, preparing briefing materials and analysis to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless campaign delivery, manage client communication, and direct reports in developing action plans.
  • Collaborate with senior implementation leaders to own the auditing process, ensuring accurate and timely data submission.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience in buying across all channels.
  • Foresight to identify strategic trading opportunities aligning with client goals.
  • Ability to consistently provide market landscape understanding as an expert.
  • Experience in managing and developing best-in-market processes and systems within a trading team.
  • Strong point of view and insights on relevant media and performance, presented to clients through presentations or regular communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of client business, including KPIs and accountability measures.
  • Leadership experience within a media trading environment, preferably in a large agency.
