The Media Investment Manager is responsible for uncovering new opportunities and developing strategies to enhance our media presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize expert knowledge and senior media relationships to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure timely, consistent and constructive communication with media partners to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain team processes and supporting documentation to ensure best practice implementation.
  • Establish value-adding relationships with media owners, internal stakeholders, auditors and clients.
  • Prepare negotiation documents and monitor financial commitments related to media investments.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare work-in-progress reports, compile deal tracking and financial administration, campaign monitoring, buying and post-analysis processes.
  • Deliver consistently against campaign objectives in accordance with approved media plans.
Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience managing workflow and delegating tasks to high-performing teams.
  • Experience negotiating deals to meet client expectations within budget constraints.
  • Understanding of commercial arrangements with all clients, including media contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to lead and develop capability amongst a team of high performers.
  • Ability to discuss media trends and current industry issues.
  • Strong relationship builder at a senior level, with expertise in building strategic partnerships.
  • Understanding of buying systems and utilizing data to drive audience-based buying decisions.
