About The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and industry-savvy leader to head our Media & Telco vertical. As a high-impact leadership role, it blends strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and customer obsession.


The successful candidate will lead a team focused on expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new business. They will work closely with Strategic Growth and Delivery Chapter Leads to ensure our solutions solve critical industry challenges and deliver measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Client Leadership:
    • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure impactful delivery and unlock follow-on opportunities.
    • Guide your team in developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
    • Lead high-stakes client negotiations in collaboration with the Sales team.
    • Act as a thought leader, contributing to industry trends and insights.
  • Business Growth:
    • Define and execute the strategic vision for the Media vertical.
    • Own and manage the vertical's performance, driving sustainable revenue and profitability.
    • Lead implementation of vertical growth plans aligned with industry objectives.
    • Partner with Sales and Embed & Grow chapters to target new business opportunities.
  • Team & Resource Management:
    • Lead and develop a team of 1–4 direct reports.
    • Collaborate with Chapter Leads to ensure effective resourcing and margin optimisation.
    • Monitor vertical performance against targets.
