Agricultural Industry Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Agricultural Industry Coordinator. This role will provide support to the Wine, Dairy & Fine Food Team in the coordination and execution of various events.
As an Agricultural Industry Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, planning and on-site delivery of events, and maintaining up-to-date content on our website.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, creative flair, and organizational skills, complemented by a strong appreciation for the food, wine, and agricultural industries.
In this role, you will collaborate with Senior Managers and Event Managers to facilitate tasks and operational preparations for Sydney Royal Shows. You will also contribute to the planning and execution of associated Show events, including luncheons, dinners, networking gatherings, and public tastings.
The successful applicant will possess qualifications in administration, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound planning and problem-solving abilities, customer service, and negotiation skills are essential.
A high level of computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience in event management systems such as Momentus (or equivalent) are desirable. The salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on the current market rate.
