Job Overview
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing store operations. You will act as a leader who owns the store's performance and develops your team to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow a successful business by leveraging your business acumen and efficiency skills.
- Nurture talent and lead a team by engaging their hearts and minds, developing their skills, and helping them realize their personal best.
- Manage daily store operations, including rostering and P&L reports.
About You:
- Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the retail or hospitality industries.
- Exposure to managing store operations and driving sales growth.
- An ability to develop teams and evoke a positive working environment.
