**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel's room bookings, ensuring seamless service and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the reservations process from enquiry to check-in
  • Coordinating with guests across multiple channels to ensure a flawless experience
  • Working closely with the Reservations Manager, Revenue, Operations, and Finance teams to drive revenue success
  • Serving as the first point of contact for guests and handling their requests in a timely and professional manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 2–3 years' experience in a reservations role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, SynXis)
  • Familiarity with distribution systems (GDS, OTA extranets) and revenue management principles
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a small team
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
