Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Your primary objective will be to maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective communication, accurate information dissemination, and personalized assistance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently managing guest reservations
  • Responding to inquiries and requests from guests
  • Ensuring seamless booking experiences

Requirements:

  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions
  • Prior experience working as a Reservations Agent or in a Front Office at a luxury hotel is preferred
  • Experience in Opera preferred
  • RSA Certification Required
