Job Description:

The Reservations Agent is a key role in our front office team, responsible for managing guest reservations and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Process and confirm guest room reservations efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide guests with information about room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
  • Maintain an updated and organized reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are accommodated.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a front office at a luxury hotel, excellent communication and writing skills, and fluency in conversational English.

  • Prior experience working as a Reservations Agent or in a Front Office at a luxury hotel.
