Hotel Reservation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Reservation Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a Front Office at a luxury hotel and be proficient in Opera. RSA Certification is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and confirm guest room reservations efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide guests with detailed information about room availability, rates, and hotel facilities, exceeding their expectations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organized reservation system, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in managing and updating the hotel's database of guest information, adhering to strict data protection policies.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are communicated and fulfilled, providing exceptional service standards.

You will be expected to respond promptly to in-house guest inquiries and requests, assisting with making additional bookings for services such as spa appointments, restaurant reservations, or local tours.
