Job Opportunity:

This role involves providing expert-level support for desktop systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage system configurations, including software installations and upgrades, maintaining relevant documentation in an organized manner.
  • Monitor activity and resource usage, taking corrective action to resolve problems and optimize system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with virtualization, storage, data protection concepts, and Microsoft Windows OS design principles and architectures.
  • Assess proposed changes to supported infrastructure and environments, deploying changes as required to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide technical expertise as needed for IT projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform incident, problem, release, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Continuously monitor the teamwork queue and allocate tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Duration and Application Guidelines: This is a temporary opportunity commencing as soon as possible for 6 months with possible extension. Applications will remain current for 12 months.
