Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. This role involves providing on-call, dispatch/adhoc support services for clients across Asia Pacific and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling desktop/network issues
  • Installing and upgrading Operating Systems
  • Applying patches
  • Software and hardware break-fix
  • Network configuration (CCNA or above certification preferred)
  • Basics of WiFi, LAN, WAN, switches, and routers
  • Installing and administering MS Office

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of desktop operating systems
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Operating system installation and maintenance
  • Hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • Experience with network protocols and configurations
