About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator to join our team at Equiniti as a Payroll and Client Automated Payments Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an excellent service to our customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting agreed service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Reconcile payments and other outputs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work across multiple systems, identifying potential problems and risks associated with bulk transactions, reports, and systems.
  • Assist with the compliance and maintenance of ISO standards, adhering to our Quality Management System.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within your area of responsibility, enhancing workflows and customer service.
  • Carry out project work and ad-hoc activities as determined by line management.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, such as filing emails and maintaining shared folders.
Requirements
  • Knowledge or previous experience in a payroll or financial services environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of UK RTI Tax reporting and Irish and IOM Tax reporting is desirable but not essential.
  • Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail.
  • Self-disciplined to follow documented instructions.
  • Advanced and accurate data entry skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal skills within a team.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
