We are seeking a dedicated Pension Administrator to enhance our operations.

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Delivering administrative services to clients while adhering to established targets.
  • Completing and reviewing casework, providing constructive feedback.
  • Addressing customer inquiries through both verbal and written communication.
  • Drafting non-standard correspondence in response to client queries.
  • Executing pension calculations, including manual computations.
  • Engaging in projects and additional tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
