About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at Equiniti, a leading provider of technology and solutions for complex and regulated administration and payments.

As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administration services to customers, working to agreed targets, and resolving customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administration services to customers, working to agreed targets
  • Complete and check casework, providing feedback to stakeholders
  • Resolve customer enquiries, both oral and written
  • Draft non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
  • Perform and issue pension calculations, including manual calculations
  • Carry out projects and ad-hoc activities, as determined by your Team Leader
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes and procedures
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop positive and productive working relationships
  • Computer literate, with a willingness to learn a variety of systems
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
