Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Delivering administrative services to clients, adhering to established targets.
  • Completing and reviewing casework while providing constructive feedback.
  • Addressing customer inquiries through both oral and written communication.
  • Drafting non-standard correspondence in response to client inquiries.
  • Executing and issuing pension calculations, including manual computations.
  • Engaging in projects and additional tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
