Job Summary

We are looking for a highly qualified Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations, including financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and management of accounts payable and receivable. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, including salary payments and benefits administration.
  • Asset Management: Manage the company's assets, including equipment and property.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting, with a strong background in the construction industry.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software and systems, including Procore.
