Key Roles

The Country Manager will oversee local operations and compliance in designated countries or regions. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management.

  • Serve as the compliance officer and board member/director within the local market/region
  • Initiate and manage local banking relationships, facilitate account openings and secure necessary licences
  • Oversee operational efficiency of capital flows, market pricing, and P2P advertising strategies to ensure optimal profitability and market competitiveness
  • Design and implement procedures, hiring strategies, and staff training programs to support trade operations and compliance
  • Set operational targets and conduct regular quality assurance to maintain high standards across all team outputs
  • Handle sensitive internal and external communications, including liaising with banks, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies
  • Provide leadership in customer compliance verification, fund source assessments, and audit reports
  • Pivot role in strategic expansion efforts, including market entry and compliance process management in new regions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management; crypto or fintech industry experience is highly preferred

In-depth knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and willingness to undertake further compliance training as needed

Proven ability to manage high-stakes operations and compliance frameworks in a B2C fintech or blockchain environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform well in an unstructured, fast-paced startup environment

Strong commitment required, along with readiness to monitor market and trade activities extensively

Fluent in English and Thai

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of building and leading a team
