Global Growth Leader

A fast-growing business is seeking a senior leader to develop its global growth centre of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with local teams to review growth channel performance and help shape investment decisions that align with profit targets.
  • Lead working sessions with channel leads to prioritise the next set of experiments and resource allocations.
  • Roll out global playbooks on lifecycle marketing best practices to enable local teams to adapt and execute for their markets.
  • Launch cross-market tests of new acquisition channels, designing the experiment and tracking return on investment with data partners.
  • Advise finance and marketing peers on budget guardrails, ensuring spend is tied to measurable return and growth velocity.
  • Review industry trends and competitive insights to curate opportunities for new tactics or partnerships to pilot.
  • Coach channel owners on scaling their experimentation framework, embedding a culture of test-and-learn across the team.
  • Align with product and brand leaders to ensure growth initiatives connect with customer experience and business strategy.
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in performance and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in building a global growth engine that empowers local teams to execute hyper-targeted go-to-market strategies.
  • Comfortable with experimentation and testing creative, channels, or lifecycle levers to extract signals from data.
  • Ability to navigate between global strategy and hands-on execution with channel owners.
