The Senior Business Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by spearheading business development initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. This senior-level position necessitates developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies to expand into new markets, enhance market penetration, and drive revenue expansion while ensuring seamless product delivery.
As a key member of the management team, the Senior Business Growth Manager contributes significantly to the formulation and execution of the organization's strategic objectives and business plan. Their focus remains on aligning business decisions with customer needs, existing and prospective alike.
This role demands a strong commercial acumen and proven sales ability, coupled with excellent spoken and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the education sector, working with an international customer base, and managing sales/business development staff. Extensive management experience, including budget management, sales forecasting, and performance optimization techniques to meet sales targets, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global and regional business development plans and strategies that foster market development and increase market penetration.
- Manage the annual forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely metrics and reporting on progress against targets.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate, government, and educational stakeholders to position the organization as their preferred partner.
- Nurture relationships with external partners and key accounts, generating significant business opportunities.
- Lead a culturally diverse, geographically dispersed business development team, ensuring they perform at the highest level and establish necessary partnerships to achieve the organization's business objectives.
