About the Role

Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking an HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and provide direct HR support to assigned employee populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve employee relations questions and issues, including escalations as necessary.
  • Provide HR support for leaders and employees across Europe, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Partner with the business to implement effective people initiatives and interventions to drive productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, systems, and controls.
  • Assist with refining policies, standard templates, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with local Genpact HR teams across Europe and serve as a contact for the European Supply Chain Service line.
  • Adhere to compliance terms for new hires, promotions, transfers, and compensation changes.
  • Support international employees with expatriate assignments, movements, and related HR matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level).
  • Experience managing in matrixed organization structures with virtual teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working experience in hire-to-retire phases of employment.
  • Experience in a technology or consulting firm.
  • Proficient computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with minimal management oversight.
  • Experience with expatriate management, visas, work permits, and Global Mobility.
