About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People & Culture Partner to join our team at HR Hints. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients build effective organizations by setting up and implementing the Culturivy method.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide long-term HR cooperation to external clients, including founders, owners, and leaders, to build an effective organization by setting up the People & Culture area.
  • Solve actual issues with and for our clients, including small and medium-sized businesses in all sectors, startups, investors, and growing companies.
  • Set up hiring processes by helping to profile new roles and establishing the most effective selection process.
  • Analyze trends, draw conclusions, and take them into account when building processes or providing advice to our clients.
  • Develop and implement the Culturivy original method on the client's side.
  • Participate in initiatives organized by Culturivy Institute.
  • Represent HR Hints at conferences and other events.
Requirements
  • Experience working as an HR partner for both people and business, with a focus on integrating these two domains.
  • Experience working with an owner or founder is highly desirable.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, covering most HR processes and areas, especially performance management, organization culture, onboarding, offboarding, and leadership.
  • Knowledge and understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startup environments, along with a passion for addressing their challenges.
  • Ability to create and communicate the outcome of HR activities.
  • Growth mindset, with a focus on embracing challenges, learning from criticism, and finding lessons and inspirations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence people.
  • Kindness and a willingness to help others, with a focus on honesty and fairness in all interactions.
  • Experience in recruitment and knowledge of recruitment trends.
  • An advanced level of English (B2+, spoken and written).
  • Fluency in Polish is a must-have.
