About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Specialist to join our team led by Katarzyna Mierzejewska. As a key member of our team, you will provide hands-on, long-term HR cooperation to external clients, helping them build effective organizations by setting up the People & Culture area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to clients, including setting up hiring processes, analyzing trends, and developing and implementing the Culturivy original method.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, determine expectations, and develop effective selection processes.
  • Represent HR Hints at conferences and other events, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the HR industry.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, covering most HR processes and areas, especially performance management, organization culture, onboarding, offboarding, and leadership.
  • Experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startup environments, with a passion for addressing their challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence people.
  • Kindness, a willingness to help others, honesty, and a growth mindset.
  • Advanced level of English (B2+, spoken and written), with fluency in Polish.
