Job Summary
">We are seeking a talented Customer Insights Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Voice of Customer (VoC) program, you will be responsible for providing customer insights that inform fund-wide decision making.
]Your Key Responsibilities
]You will work closely with our Strategy, Reputation & Corporate Affairs team to support the operations of the VoC program. This will involve developing your analysis and data interpretation skills, as well as enhancing dashboards and creating reports using Qualtrics experience management platform capability.
]Required Skills and Qualifications
]To be successful in this role, you will need:
]- Tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as Management, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or Data Science / Analytics / Statistics.
- Entry-level professional experience within a customer reporting function (i.e. Customer analytics, Research, Customer Insights, Demographics, Consumer Statistics).
- A self-starter with high attention to detail, the ability to be adaptable and possess a positive attitude.
- Numerate and confident analyzing large data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify priorities and manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in using the Microsoft suite of programs.
- Experience with survey/market research platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia, InMoment) is highly desirable but not critical.
- Experience with statistical software (SPSS, Q, StatsIQ) is highly desirable but not critical.
- Experience with large and complex databases and knowledge of SQL is highly desirable but not critical.]
