- Design and execute research programs to ensure our products and services meet customer needs.
- Build a Centre of Excellence for Customer Research and Insights, fostering innovative ways to share insights across the organization.
- Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations, identifying value pools and segments.
- Collaborate with various business units to deliver qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Develop and implement customer reporting frameworks, measuring and addressing customer pain points.
- Represent us in syndicated programs, sharing insights and recommendations with the broader business.
