We are seeking a Customer Insights Manager who can drive business growth by leveraging data-driven approaches across customer journeys.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the advancement of customer insights and analytics capability to deliver measurable commercial outcomes through data-driven strategies.
- Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to inform key stakeholders and drive effective decision-making.
- Leverage knowledge of effective data storytelling to influence stakeholders and drive business results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable opportunities for Customer Insights.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance marketing campaign design and execution, ensuring superior performance and continuous improvement.
- 8–12 years of experience in Analytics and Insights roles with strong exposure to large-scale databases and cloud computing platforms.
- Advanced skills in analytics techniques, data science stack, and database management systems including SQL, Python, PySpark.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages and tell clear, concise stories for diverse audiences.
