The Role

This Senior Customer Insights Manager position will play a crucial role in developing an insights engine to inform smarter, faster decisions across the business. The successful candidate will lead research efforts across core, emerging, and partnership verticals, shaping our understanding of new markets through structured frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to inform product development, marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and brand positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional research teams to drive business growth and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain structured frameworks to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
Requirements

We're seeking a highly experienced professional with 5-8+ years in qualitative research, market research, user research, or consumer insights. Ideal candidates have a proven track record of influencing product, brand, and marketing decisions through clear, well-communicated insights.

  • Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive research initiatives.
  • Experience with qualitative methods, including interviews, ethnography, diary studies, and survey design.
