Customer Data Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting, merging and analyzing data from various sources to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, merge and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView to generate insights focused on key strategic customers.
  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards to present customer data and commercial trends in a clear and actionable format.
  • Develop reports that highlight customer behavior, purchasing patterns and opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve customer outcomes, retention and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably with a focus on customer analytics or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView for data extraction, integration and visualization.
  • Expertise in creating user-friendly, visually compelling dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
  • Experience in a large-scale business environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
