The Role:

In this key position, you will be responsible for managing and leading a defined customer portfolio to drive sales and margin growth in line with our business unit strategic plan. You will work closely with our business unit manager to contribute to the commercial growth performance of Aged Care and enhance market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and management of key customer relationships
  • Support key supplier relationships and mutually beneficial initiatives
  • Deliver a growth strategy based on expansion into new and changing markets
  • Commercial assessment of customer contracts and overall business performance
  • Achieve business growth and meet budgeted NSV, GP, and Margin performance expectations
