About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented National Account Manager to join our retail sales team at Goodman Fielder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading retail engagement across the Grocery portfolio with our Corporate Customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer plans, delivering direction for the business on entry and engagement in new Categories
  • Manage and drive our iconic brands and market leading position
  • Develop and lead retail engagement across the Grocery portfolio with our Corporate Customers
  • Customer relationship development - becoming the first point of contact for retailers
  • Data analysis and mining information to create and deliver Category Insight to both internal and external key stakeholders

About You:

  • 2+ years' experience in Account Management
  • FMCG experience, ideally with Coles/Woolworths or independent grocery
  • Strong commercial acumen and planning capability
  • High levels of tenacity and resilience, with a result-oriented mentality
  • Creative, driven and motivated with solid sales experience
  • Experience working with new customers and developing relationships quickly
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain drivers within FMCG
