About the Role

The National Operations Manager is a senior leadership position within the CTM ANZ business, reporting directly to the COO. This role entails both direct leadership responsibilities for national operations and acting as a general leadership focal point for activities, initiatives, and projects across all CTM ANZ operations.

The successful candidate will oversee the After Hours, CTM Assist, and Training departments, as well as other national operational functions as deemed appropriate. They will also act as a central point of focus across all CTM operational activities to develop, implement, and continually improve best practice workflows, automation, efficiency improvements, quality control processes, and procedures.

This role will work closely with Heads of Operations across CTM ANZ and other departments such as the National Support Team and Technology team to spearhead cross-functional projects that drive operational business transformation through efficiency, consistency, and best practice standards.
