Strategic HR Systems Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly capable professional to support a leading organisation through a critical phase of transformation in their HR systems landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse, document and optimise processes across the full employee lifecycle—from Hire to Retire.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the HR function to drive system enhancements and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within HR or Human Capital Management domains.
- Strong understanding of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and associated HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or UKG (formerly Kronos).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
