We are seeking a highly capable HR Functional Business Analyst to support our organisation through a critical phase of transformation in their HR systems landscape.
This role will play a key part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the effective delivery of HR and workforce management initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Analyse, document, and optimise processes across the full employee lifecycle—from Hire to Retire.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the HR function to drive system enhancements and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within HR or Human Capital Management domains.
- Strong understanding of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and associated HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or UKG.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in HR transformation or system implementation projects is highly desirable.
