Job Title: Strategic Talent Transformation Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in the digital transformation of our organisation’s HR systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the migration process from legacy SAP HCM to cloud-based SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities:

  • The individual will collaborate closely with data owners and internal stakeholders to map the existing HR system to the new SuccessFactors environment, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • They will also be responsible for negotiating with key stakeholders to transform data onto SuccessFactors, including profiling, cleansing, and ETL processes.
  • Additionally, the candidate will assist in migrating data onto the SuccessFactors cloud, requiring advanced SQL skills and knowledge of HR modules/data.
  • In collaboration with vendors, they will ensure the accuracy of data mapping and transformation processes.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Data Analyst/Data Steward or Data Modeler in complex enterprises is essential.
  • Senior-level experience in major data migrations, including stakeholder engagement and negotiation, is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of data source-to-target mapping, data profiling, cleansing, and modelling layers is required.
  • Experience with HR/HCM data, preferably with SAP HR or SuccessFactors cloud modules, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in workflow mapping, scoping, analysis, and documentation are necessary.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SAP HR/SAP HCM data or SuccessFactors cloud HCM data would be beneficial.
  • Contribution to IT strategy across transformation and implementation projects is an added advantage.
