We are seeking a Senior HR Business Analyst to help shape the future of our HR systems and support the people at the heart of public education.

The role leads analysis for improvement initiatives across HR systems. Working closely with stakeholders from divisional business units and IT, the job identifies opportunities to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and deliver better user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Support change initiatives and testing
  • Ensure solutions align with strategic goals, scalability, and compliance standards

The analyst stays updated on emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

About You
  • A proactive BA with experience in large, complex environments delivering detailed business requirements and complex user specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes. Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and solve problems creatively with attention to detail.
  • A collaborator and trusted partner who enjoys working with technical teams and business users.
