Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Professional to support a leading organisation through a critical phase of transformation in their HR systems landscape. This role will play a key part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the effective delivery of HR and workforce management initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the HR function to analyse, document, and optimise processes across the full employee lifecycle—from Hire to Retire. Your expertise in HR technologies such as SAP HCM or SuccessFactors, and/or Workforce Management platforms like Dayforce or UKG, will be essential in driving system enhancements and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within HR or Human Capital Management domains, with a strong understanding of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and associated HR processes. Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or UKG is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and documentation skills.

This role requires strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications. The successful candidate will also have experience working on HR transformation or system implementation projects, and be able to drive process improvements and enhancements across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within HR or Human Capital Management domains
