About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Insurance Manager to join our team at RACQ. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of risk management strategies that drive business growth and minimize risk.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management initiatives and ensure effective communication and training.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the effective implementation of risk management policies and governance directives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure RACQ remains compliant and competitive.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to drive the cross-functional implementation of the Risk Management Framework.
About You
- University degree in a related field (e.g., Business management, Law) - Mandatory
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in risk management, compliance, or audit management
- Strong experience in assessing risk and developing mitigation strategies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
