Treasury Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Manager to join our team at RACQ. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the bank's financial reporting, liquidity position, funding requirements, market and investment risk, securitisation programs, capital risk, and balance sheet composition in compliance with prudential requirements, the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), strategy, budgets, and policies.

• Develop and maintain efficient and compliant approaches, systems, models, and procedures for managing the bank's financial risks.
• Ensure treasury system data and financial risk reporting is provided on time and is accurate.
• Prepare and present the bank's annual external credit rating agency reviews and external debt investor updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships, winning trust from a range of stakeholders, including Bank Executive, Bank Asset & Liability Committee and Group Executive Committees.

• Strong understanding of financial market products, liquidity management, funding and balance sheet management.
• In-depth knowledge of banking and ADI regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience with treasury management, asset and liability management and market information systems.
• Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving, numerical calculations and data interpretation.
• Strong communication skills for effectively reading, analysing and communicating information in both written and verbal formats.
